Prices. All prices shown includes 25% swedish VAT

Returns. Returns are allowed within 14 days on arrival. You have the right toopen the package carefully to inspect the gods, but all items returned must be unused. Engraved or otherwise customized products are not returnable. Repayment is calculated on the price on the returned goods, the customer pays for return shipping. Do not sen cach on delivery and contact us before making a return on geocins@wellner.se.  Returns are made to the address below:

Complaints. If you discover that there is something wrong with your delivery you should contact us as soon as possible. If the package is damaged you can either make a claim direct to your delivery agent or contact us. In case of any disputes regarding complaints, we follow the reccomendations of Consumer Complaints Board, (Allmäna reklamationsnämnden, ARN)

Modify or cancel orders. If you want to modify or cacnel the order contact us thru geocoins@wellner.se. We will change your order as long as it is not shipped

Delivery time. We try to deliver as fast as possible (within 1-3 days), but please note that this is a part time business. Sometimes we are away or just busy, but we try to be as fast as possible.

Shipping. We usually ship in padded envelopes as first class letters.

Order confirmation. When we recieve your order you will get an order confirmation email. Please check this email for errors and contact us if ther is anything wrong or unclear.

Errors on the page. We reserve the right to retrospectively correct prices or information that was incorrect on our webpage.

Personal information. We will not sell or give your personal information. Your personal data will be processed in order to maintain customer relationships through email and other marketing purposes.You may at any time request that personal data  shall be corrected, deleted or register if you do not want the information to be used for direct marketing.

Cookies. This site uses cookies. Cookies are small text files stored on your computer and that is sent to the server when you click a link on the page. They are used to store iformation like your username and to keep track of your basket. By using this page you accept cookies from this server.

Security. We do not handle credit card details but it handled by Paypal. Credit card payments are routed to PayPal which meet the international safety requirements.
